Is true beauty subjective or objective?

which side must we pick the subjective or the objectives side? what are the criteria that decide whether true beauty actually fits any of these areas? it's true that beauty can be subjective as everyone has a different meaning for true beauty, whereas it can also be objective because it's not about the experience of the observer regarding true beauty.

over the years we have given beauty much meaning and importance in society. "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" says so much about the true beauty of an individual. It isn't always about what you see or rather who you see but it is also about how you wish to see it. beauty is in the eye of the beholder gives true beauty a subjective meaning because the beholder sees it through his lens and classifies it based on his experiences and feelings. nevertheless, it also makes it objective because the beholder also may view it as something which is not based off his feelings.

in simple words, true beauty can be either subjective or objective only if one wishes to see it in a certain way. to approach it and view it in a manner that breaks the standards and the claims of what true beauty is according to society. What we all must reflect upon is whether we let these affect our opinions and see true beauty is different or do we genuinely believe that true beauty is on the inside and not outside. Or are we just lying to ourselves?

however, the real question lies is where we as a society have set the boundaries to make true beauty subjective or objective. to know and reflect upon what standards we have built that define this. true beauty cannot have a meaning but yes it may differ on the bases of how one wishes to see true beauty through their lenses and nourish their perspective.
